We find dog products we love and ship them directly from the suppliers to your door 

Giveaway items may take up to 40 days to arrive since they come from abroad. we greatly appreciate your patience  in this regard.in order not lose our shirt in doing these kinds of "free + shipping" offers, we ship these item without door-to-door tracking and via a more economical shipping courier. if your item doesn't arrive in 40 days, drop us a mail and we'll investigate and either resend  your order via tracked shipping or give a refund (whatever you prefer).

All other item takes 1-4 week to arrive. these items are trackable via  your national shipping courier  (USPS, Australia post, Canada  post, etc),

also, please note that items on our store come from  a range of different suppliers so , if you ordered more than one item ,they will likely arrive in distinct package within a few days of  one another
